To Preview Images:
Once you have selected your images from the Map Search, Path/Row Search,
or Product Search, pressing the "Preview and Download" button will take
you to the workspace screen. The screen is divided into two sections.
At the bottom is a listing of the scenes found in your search. Click
on an ID, shown in the image on the left, to get a preview image,
information, and the location of the scene on a map.

Preview Display:
The top left corner will show a preview image of the scene selected
from the result list. Clicking on this image open up another window
with a larger browse image.

Information Display:
This panel, found next to the preview display, shows the information
presented in the scene list for the image that has been selected.
This panel also shows the size of the data compressed (the amount
of data that needs to be downloaded to obtain the entire scene) and
the size required to uncompress these data.

Map Locator:
In the upper right corner of the Workspace screen, a map will show
the location of the scene selected from the list below. Use the
zoom bar to the right of the map to zoom in or out if there is not
enough context shown to locate the image.

Navigation Bar:
Only a few search results on shown on a page. If you have many
search results, use the navigation bar to go to the next page, previous
page, or to the first or last pages in the list. The center of the
navigation bar shows the current page number and the total number
of pages.

Column Descriptions:
The list of scenes has the following columns:
- ID: GLCF's identifier for this scene. Click on the
column heading to sort by this value.
- Status:
Usually "Online" meaning that it is available for download. See
Status Codes for information about other
values that may appear.
- WRS: P/R: If Landsat data this will show the
WRS Type (1 or 2) followed by the path and row. Click on the column
heading to sort by this value.
- Acq. Date: Date this scene was acquired from the
satellite. For other data, a range of dates may be shown if this data
covers a time period. Click on the column heading to sort by
this value.
- Producer: The name of the last known organization
to have produced these data (e.g., USGS, EarthSat, GLCF)
- Attr: Any attributes associated with this image
are shown here. See Data Attributes for
more information.
- Type: File format of these data. See
Data Formats for more information.
- Location: Description of where these data are located.

Show/Hide Columns:
To remove or add columns from the list, click on the "Show/Hide Columns"
in the upper right hand corner of the list (as shown in the image
on the left). Visible columns will have a • next it. Choose the
column to remove it from the list. Once hidden, select the column name
again to make it reappear.

Download:
To download the selected image, click on the "Download" button found
in the "Information Display". This will take you to the directory for
this scene on the FTP server where you can choose which files to download.
